It’s time for Dakota Fanning’s sister to take a place in the spotlight. In addition to modelling for Marc Jacobs and appearing in W magazine with her older sister, 13-year-old actress Elle Fanning is gracing the cover of Teen Vogue February 2012 issue. Photographed by Sebastian Kim, the “We Bought a Zoo” actress looks absolutely adorable in pink in an age-appropriate, bubble gum hued Carven dress, Marc by Marc Jacobs statement necklace and pink patterned Miu Miu booties.
